Twenty-five years leading infrastructure, telecom and IT organizations as an IT Director, VP of Technology and Fractional CTO. Today I build and operate Infinihash, and advise a small number of companies on technology leadership, infrastructure and AI.
I've spent my career as the person organizations call when the technology has to work. That has meant running IT across 23 manufacturing sites in the U.S. and abroad, building and exiting a wireless ISP, sitting on a fiber operator's leadership team, and serving as VP of Technology and Fractional CTO for 5G, IoT and connectivity companies.
Today I'm founder and CTO of Infinihash LLC, a product company that builds and operates KYT/KYC compliance software and the MyAi distributed AI compute network on its own audited deployment platform and GPU infrastructure.
I'm most useful where strategy and execution meet: setting the roadmap with the executive team, then making sure the network, the platform and the people actually deliver it.
Based in Fenton, Michigan. Open to executive roles, fractional leadership and advisory work, remote or in the Midwest.

Roadmaps tied to the P&L, executive and board communication, vendor and partner management, M&A integration, and building teams that keep delivering after I leave the room.
Multi-site networks, data center and cloud, observability, and production operations built for scale. Proxmox, Linux, Cisco and MikroTik class routing, firewalls and VPN.
Fiber transport, fixed wireless and WISP last mile, 5G, CBRS and IoT, from tower strategy to an AI-driven NOC.
Self-hosted LLMs, retrieval assistants grounded in company data, and agentic workflows with audit trails, approval gates and humans in the loop.
Cybersecurity and risk management, identity and KYC/KYT pipelines, ITAR and EAR controls, and the evidence regulators ask for.
I take on a small number of engagements at a time so each one gets senior attention. Every engagement starts with a written scope.
A focused working session on a roadmap, an architecture decision, a vendor choice or an AI plan. You leave with written recommendations.
Infrastructure, security, team and spend reviewed against where the business is going, plus a prioritized roadmap and the AI opportunities that are actually worth funding.
Roadmap ownership, team leadership, vendor management and board-level reporting on an ongoing part-time basis.
A self-hosted LLM stack on your cloud or on-prem hardware, with secure access, tuning, admin controls and an uptime runbook. Your data stays in.
A retrieval assistant grounded in your documents, wikis and contracts, with an evaluation harness so answers are tested and a review gate for high-stakes responses.
Invoicing, scheduling, document processing and back-office workflows run by AI agents, with audit trails, approval gates and human checkpoints.
Rates are for scoped work with a written statement of work. Nonprofits and multi-month commitments: ask.
